What is the one task you hate the most?

Everyone has one. The enquiry emails you answer the same way every week. Proposals you write from scratch at 11pm. Invoices you have to chase. Leads you meant to follow up with and never did. The recording that was supposed to become a month of content and is still sitting in a folder.

When you register, you tell me yours. On the night I pick five or six of them and automate them live with AI, on the actual business, in front of everyone. No slides, no theory. You watch a task that takes an hour a week turn into something that runs on its own, and you see exactly how it was done so you can do it yourself the next morning.

You do not need to be technical. If you have ChatGPT open in a browser tab, you are set up. Most of the people I work with came in exactly there.
